This review considers the definition of hypotony, a pathophysiological classification of uveitic hypotony, hypotony resulting from secondary inflammatory changes, and pseudo-uveitis hypotony after glaucoma surgery. For the evaluation of uveitic hypotony history, clinical examination, laser flare photometry, fluorescein and indocynin angiography, and UBM, are discussed. Treatment is briefly mentioned. In the second part, the authors review glaucoma associated with uveitis, its diagnosis and management.
