Frequently Asked Questions
There is a FAQ available for the first line of support, where many questions are addressed.
The FAQ will be continously updated with questions and answers and willaddress the most commonly encounterd problems.
Therefore you strongly advised to check it out and to see if your question is addressed here. It is the quickest and most efficient way to solve possible issues.
Contact the webmaster
For questions not addressed in the FAQ, such as the retrieval of
your IGR ID, you may contact the webmaster by creating a support ticket or by
sending an e-mail. After creating a support ticket, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation. In this e-mail you will find a link to continuously follow the
progress on your support request. Any other support requests that may arise
can also directly be entered into the support system through this link. You
wil also receive an e-mail whenever a new comment on your support request is
posted by us. Using the support system will greatly enhance the efficiency
of communicating with us, and is therefore strongly advised.
