Your IGR-ID is printed on the address label of IGR Print. Just above your name. A typical IGR-ID looks like: 1234ABCDEFG1234. It may vary in length from about 5 to 20 characters.

Please send us an e-mail at info@e-igr.com with your full name, address (where IGR Print is send to) and participating society(ies) of which you are member.

This is not yet possible. However, we do expect to introduce subscription for IGR Online and Print in the future. Please send an e-mail to info@e-igr.com indicating your interest in such a product.

There is a field where you can enter your e-mail address at the bottom left corner of the log in form to have your user details e-mailed. If you also do not know the e-mail address used when registering, you may send us an e-mail at info@www.e-igr.com with your full name, address, IGR ID and participating society(ies) of which you are member and we will retrieve your user details for you.

Those may be changed through your personal profile page (to be accessed through the MyIGR menu).

We receive the mailing list for IGR from WGA affilated societies, so please contact them to update you address. In addition you can notify us at: info@e-igr.com.

An e-mail is sent to confirm your registration immediately after submitting the registration form. This e-mail contains a link which should be clicked upon to confirm your registration. However, this e-mail is sometimes blocked by over active spam filters. Please contact us if you did not receive this e-mail within one hour after submitting the registration form.
